Daily Supervision - From the beginning of each project to the very end, we know everything that is going on - on a daily basis.

Detailed Written Specifications - Along with the blueprints, the specifications are the "instructions" on how a project will be built. The more detailed the specs, the fewer questions there are from all of the parties involved - the homeowner, the contractor, the subcontractors, the suppliers, local governing agencies, etc. In other words, everyone is on the same page. We have multiple meetings with the homeowner to review these important blueprints and specifications. Depending on the stage of the project, the meetings may involve different subcontractors, the designer/architect, or the interior designer.

Licenses, Insurances, Permits - We comply with all Federal, State, and Local requirements.

Continuing Education - It has always been a priority to stay informed on current issues and regulations in the Remodeling and Home Building industry. Steve Parker holds three designations through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Please see ABOUT US for an explanation of his designations.

Customer References - We can provide prospective clients with the names of past clients. Since we do a wide range of work, we know that it is very helpful for the references to be that of a similar type of project.

Communication and Attention After the Completion of the Project - We provide a written warranty as part of our contract.
